You have a strong sense for organisation, numbers and construction projects, and you are keen to take responsibility for complex developments involving both new build schemes and existing properties. You already bring substantial experience in project development and would like to help shape projects from the first idea through to completion. We would be delighted to hear from you.
We are looking for a committed and experienced (Senior) Project Developer (m/f/d) to drive our construction and development projects independently and to work closely with external architects, specialist planners and consultants to deliver robust and forward looking solutions.
What you will do
- Take responsibility for the planning, management and delivery of our development projects
- Coordinate external architects, specialist planners and other project stakeholders
- Oversee programme, cost and quality management throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare, support and manage approval and procurement processes
- Draft and review tender documents, offers and contracts
- Develop and assess feasibility studies and potential use concepts
- Provide regular project reporting to the management team
What you will bring
- A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
- At least five years of professional experience in project development or a related field
- A structured and independent approach, with a clear view of the wider picture
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and a high level of personal responsibility
- Excellent German language skills, with English considered an advantage
