Numbers with consequence ‒ that’s your element. We are looking for an experienced finance and rent accountant (m/f/d) to further develop finance and rent accounting within property management. In this role, you will ensure the smooth booking of business transactions, manage tenancy settlements, and prepare quarterly and annual reporting. Your Responsibilities
- Record and process all business transactions
- Manage a defined portfolio of managed properties
- Monitor and implement rent indexations
- Settle tenancy agreements
- Allocate apportionable operating and maintenance costs
- Prepare annual service charge and ancillary cost statements
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
- Support projects, process improvements, and standardisation initiatives
- Handle monthly financial accounting for the parent company and subsidiaries
- Prepare payroll-related inputs (holiday entitlement, absences, sickness)
- Support tax returns and annual audits
- Serve as a point of contact for managers, colleagues, auditors, and tax advisers
Your Profile
- Degree in business administration or completed commercial training (ideally realestate or accounting)
- At least 5 years relevant experience in finance
- Strong knowledge of the German Commercial Code (HGB); real estate experience desirable
- Confident MS Office skills (especially Excel); Wodis Yuneo (or similar) is anadvantage
- Independent, responsible, reliable working style
- Strong process and numbers mindset; structured and able to prioritise
- Very good German; good English
