Gründung des freien Wohnungsunternehmens KLH Gebhardt in Hamburg-Wandsbek durch den Architekten Karl Ludwig-Hans Gebhardt, BDA.
Einstieg der zweiten Generation ins Unternehmen.
Umwandlung der KLH OHG in die KLH Gebhardt Grundstücksverwaltung (GmbH & Co.) KG. Übertragung der Geschäftsanteile auf die Söhne von Herrn Gebhardt.
Der Firmengründer KLH Gebhardt verstirbt im Sommer 1999.
Übertragung der Geschäftsanteile der Gebrüder Gebhardt auf die dritte Generation. Jan Philip Unger wird Geschäftsführer der Beteiligungsgesellschaft KLH Gebhardt Grundstücksverwaltung mbH.
Ausgründung der Projektentwicklungstätigkeit in die Karl Ludwig Projektentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH.
