We are looking for an analytically minded and experienced professional to strengthen our team at Karl Ludwig Projektentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH.
Our core business is the development of new build and urban infill projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the commercial and scheduling oversight of our projects, ensuring that costs, quality and timelines remain firmly under control at every stage.
What you will do
- Take ownership of cost and schedule management across ongoing development projects
- Prepare and maintain project reports, budgets and forecasts
- Monitor and analyse project costs and identify opportunities for optimisation
- Support project management with the commercial administration of construction and development projects
- Work closely with internal teams as well as external planners, consultants and service providers
What you will bring
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Real Estate Management or a comparable qualification
- Between three and five years of professional experience in project controls or controlling, ideally within the real estate or construction sector
- Confident use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- A structured and independent approach to work, combined with strong numerical and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent German language skills, with English considered an advantage
